I've recently became acquainted with an organization that is located in Greenville, Michigan called Grace Services.  They often use alias such as Eden Development Center, Eden Development Complex, Eden Mobile, and basically anything that involved the owner/president Andrew C. Clock. 

This is an organization that claims to help the elderly, sick, handicapped, and any one in a vulnerable state of physical or mental condition to maintain a healthy lifestyle in the comforts of their home by placing a "Care Suite" or "Making a Home Handicapped Equipped", also they have worked out Land Contract deals on a "Cash Back" basis.  Meaning the original property owner actually gives this organization well into the $20,000-$50,000 range, and some even more, money to them.. and they (Grace Services) promises to purchase the home on a monthly basis and use the money to do renovations and make the home available for homeless, ill, etc.  

Ironically these people are superior scammers, and use the property to live in till their money runs out, then they move to the next home, and the home owners are left with an EVEN HIGH MORTGAGE PAYMENT than originally, and cannot keep up with the payments and eventually loose their home, and left with a home in total filth and neglect.  If you should get a "Care Suite", the actual cost might be $15,000, and that's on the high end, they charge you several payments of $15,000-$50,000!  So basically you get nothing but a headache.

This trail of money embezzling can be traced from Indiana, Ohio, Florida, and now currently in Michigan.   This organization uses a Christian name and attitude to "prey" hmmm... quite a pun, "pray", on people in desperation.  It seems that people seem to trust a man of God. 

An innocent face, and a little preaching can go a long way with a needy invidual or a person who needs to sell their home.

I hope that this message makes an impact a someone before they get scammed.  Legal Authorities have been contacted several times concerning Mr. Clock, but unfortunately its difficult to prosecute him when homeowners willingly give away their "LIFE'S INHERITANCE... THEIR HOME & SAVINGS!"

I shall rest a little easier knowing that I've done my best to make people aware.  It's difficult to sit back and let Grace Services continually suck the life out of people.   My sincere prayers go out to the people that have been plagued by this organization, I hope that your life and justice will become in order, and for those of you who may be acquainted in the future with Andrew Clock... its in your best interest to nod and walk away.
